#Janathon Day 10

Weekends here, but Janathon continues!

Today’s weather report… Now the weather report in Celsius!

I’m trying to be more internationally concious.

You all know what that sort of temperature  (whether in Celsius or Farenheit) means – this boy heads to the gym I take advantage of the possibility of running in day light, and step away from the dread mill.  Yes, this cold hating runner went outside and pounded the pavement in the frigid temperatures.

It certainly wasn’t my best time, and my splits were nothing to write home about, but at twenty degrees?  I’m OK with that.  My legs aren’t as energetic as I would like, but from reading on the Whole30 forums, that is to be expected in the second week.  This to shall pass.

I can’t say it was nice to be outside, but it WAS nice to be off the treadmill!

Total Janathon mileage: 29 miles.

I run, because I am a runner. Having realized that I have always "been a runner" - even when I went years with out running, I am learning how it has integrated itself in all aspects of my life. When I started running in highschool, my perspective on life changed. Funny that I didn't realize how much it had affected it until just recently.
