Disaster strikes (no, not that)

So, here we are past the hump day and on the down ward slide to the weekend.  (Yay Weekend!!!!!!!)  I am afraid that I have to admit something.   Despite the best of intentions,  I didn’t get back to running until Weds.

Still able to walk down stairs!

And on the 7th (and 8th) day, he rested..


It seemed an obvious move to take the day I could barely move my calves as a rest day.  The following day, it seems that tightness had moved down my ankle and into my foot.  My Plantar Faciitis was REALLY letting
